The International Federation of the little brothers of the Poor
The International Federation of the little brothers of the Poor is a non profit international organisation established in eight countries with thousands of volunteers throughout the world.
The International Federation of the little brothers of the Poor was established in 1979 so as to promote the action of the little brothers globally by helping member organizations to develop their action, by encouraging and allowing communications between member countries and by helping in the development of establishments in other countries of the world
The little brothers of the Poor’s international dimension was present right from the beginning when in 1948 Armand Marquiset asked Gabriel Bertrand to open up a chapter in Casablanca.
The international network of the little brothers of the Poor was developed throughout the world thanks to the mobilization of volunteers who discovered the little brothers of the Poor’s actions in countries other then theirs
